Data protection

Windows Vista Enterprise includes Windows BitLocker™ Drive Encryption, a new technology which helps prevent sensitive data and intellectual property from falling into the wrong hands if a computer is lost or stolen. Windows BitLocker uses hardware-based data encryption technology that gives you greater peace of mind knowing that your corporate intellectual property is safer and will remain your strategic asset. Also, since the entire hard drive is encrypted, Windows BitLocker reduces the cost associated with decommissioning old PCs.
Application compatibility

Windows Vista Enterprise includes built-in tools to improve application compatibility with previous versions of M'zoft operating systems, as well as with UNIX operating systems. It also provides the right to run four virtual operating system sessions, which enables you to run a legacy application in a virtual environment on top of Windows Vista Enterprise. Microsoft released update which disable majority of Vista cracks. The update identification is KB931573. Also I heard that in non-Ultimate Versions of Vista to avoid update: KB929391. Ruski1982 prepare how to install Vista with clear updates.


Just installed Vista, all clean install.

My exact Steps:

1) Uplugged my Cable Modem

2) Set the Time-Date in Bios to Dec. 31, 2099

3) Booted the Vista DVD and installed a Vista Ultimate on a clean partition

4) During setup i left the Time/Date/Timezone unchanged

5) Once in Vista, changed the date/time to today (Jan.30/07)

6) Ran the repacked vistacrack
Fyi. used is this crack Next Vista 2099 Time crack

1. Extract the .rar file. 2. Right click on vistacrack.exe and select properties. 3. Goto Compatibility tab and check "Run this program as an administrator" 4. Close properties tab and run the crack file, hit crack as shown. 5. Computer will start the crack, and reboot. 6. 7) Computer automatically rebooted
Upon restart, Vista gave a warning in the system-tray saying a program was trying to run at startup. (it was the crack)...I allowed it to run. THE CRACK WAS FINALISED!!!

9) Downloaded and installed all updates...EXCEPT KB931573
Also....I heard that in non-Ultimate Versions of Vista to avoid update: KB929391

10) Rebooted my PC and let the computer apply all updates. Ran the check to make sure my crack was still working: Start > Run > slmgr.vbs -dlv

EVERYTHING IS WORKING GREAT!!!
